Founded in Lille in 2009, its controlled expansion accelerated from 2015 under the leadership of Gilles Decoopman, establishing a strong reputation in Nouvelle-Aquitaine. In 2025, the consolidation of its entities under a single brand gave rise to a new strategic vision: a 360° offering dedicated to professionals, in France and across Europe. Groupe Caze is structured around a global offer with six entities: commercial real estate, property management, hospitality, residential real estate, Insurance & Wealth Management, and Morocco.

History

Groupe Caze — From local roots to a European vision

2009

Naissance à Lille

L’aventure Caze Immobilier débute à Lille en 2009. Créée comme une agence régionale, l’entreprise s’impose rapidement comme un acteur sérieux de l’immobilier d’entreprise. Forte d’une expertise de terrain et d’un positionnement BtoB affirmé, elle développe ses premières activités de vente et de location de bureaux, locaux commerciaux et fonciers. Cette phase fondatrice pose les bases d’un savoir-faire rigoureux et orienté client.

2015

Reprise stratégique et développement

En 2015, un tournant majeur est amorcé : Gilles Decoopman et ses associés reprennent Caze Immobilier via le groupe MGD Conseil. L’impulsion est claire : structurer l’offre, accélérer la croissance et s’implanter durablement en Nouvelle-Aquitaine. L’équipe réorganise les méthodes de travail, optimise les processus, et traverse les crises (notamment le confinement) avec agilité. Caze étend son activité à l’échelle nationale et se positionne comme un partenaire de référence pour les entreprises, investisseurs et acteurs du tertiaire.

2020

Création de Caze Gestion et indépendance affirmée

Face à une demande croissante sur les enjeux de gestion locative et technique, Gilles Decoopman et Alexandre Lerays créent en 2020 Caze Gestion (CGESCO), structure dédiée à ces besoins spécifiques. Ce développement renforce la valeur ajoutée du groupe et répond à une attente forte de la clientèle. Progressivement, Gilles Decoopman et Alexandre Lerays deviennent pilotes de l’entreprise. Cette prise d’indépendance marque un nouveau cap : affirmer une vision claire, consolider les expertises et structurer un groupe solide et agile.

2025

Naissance du Groupe Caze

L’année 2025 marque l’aboutissement d’une trajectoire ambitieuse. Sous la direction de Gilles Decoopman, Caze Immobilier devient le cœur d’un groupe immobilier global. Les entités sont réunies sous une marque unique : Groupe Caze, articulée autour de cinq pôles complémentaires. L’objectif est clair : proposer une offre 360°, renforcer la notoriété et étendre la présence du groupe à l’échelle européenne. Ce changement de dimension s’accompagne d’un positionnement fort, au service des professionnels et des territoires.

Passionate about sports and driven by a taste for challenge, he stands out for his unique ability to transform ideas into sustainable projects. From the outset, he revealed a free yet structured personality, guided by meaning, listening, high standards and knowledge transmission. He does not merely lead a company — he builds a meaningful environment where rigor, intuition and kindness coexist. In 2015, he took over Caze Immobilier and steered it toward controlled expansion. In 2025, he structured Groupe Caze around a 360° offering with a European ambition. His calm and inspiring leadership, rooted in personal coherence, gives Caze a distinctive signature: building sustainably with purpose.
